Pregnancy Calendar – Week7
Week 7
The second month brings on more development. The previously over sized head isn’t now large and oblong anymore. The eyes and ears are visible. The legs now have knees and toes. The genitals are not visible yet, however, the variation between girls and boys is beginning at this point, but you won’t be able to really tell until the 16th week.
The expectant mum is still suffering from the hormones being in overdrive, and you’re still moody and irritable, this is because the placenta won’t take over the hormone production for the baby for another couple of weeks yet. You might also still feel nauseous and tired, so take time to eat well and to rest regularly. Find out more about how you can reduce the symptoms of morning sickness Click Here.
